Almost perfect!
We bought this unit from Amazon, and it arrived in perfect condition. The description says it includes three nitrogen cylinders, but none were included. This is something of a bummer, because they cost about $20 a pop (5 for $99).
The unit cools well, and quietly (as far as I can tell, because there are other refrigerators in the room). Once I received some nitrogen cylinders, I was able to get it working. It seems to work exactly as you would expect. Be aware that the lowest setting in 45 degrees.
If you are going to use this unit in a commercial setting, you will probably want a bulk adapter so that you can feed it off a b ottle of nitrogen or argon. This will save money in the long run over buying the $20 cylinders. I haven't gone through that much wine yet, so we are still on the first nitrogen cylinder. I wasn't able to find any estimate for how much wine a single cylinder will dispense.
Like it but
We purchased the Vinotemp after going to a commercial wine tasting establishment and seeing how they work. I have really enjoyed being able to start off my evening with a couple ounces of white wine and then moving on to red without having to worry about drinking a whole bottle in a day or two. We have had the unit for just over a month and the wine definitely keeps for 3 - 4 weeks. Where we are disappointed with the unit is with the amount of Nitrogen canisters we have been through already (3). Based on one of the other reviews, I think we are going to look to purchase the refillable tank. Other than the gas issue we really like the unit.

worked excellent when first bought, bought two really love them, but vinotemp is no help if you need repairs.
kept one send one back had to return another one of my purchase great idea but know follow up
