Chefs Choice by Edgecraft is so easy to use right out of the box. My husband did a lot of research online before deciding on this knife sharpener. It has excellent instructions and in less than 30 minutes he had all the very dull knives in our kitchen sharp as new again!

I did quite a bit of research about different knife sharpeners before I purchased this one. This is a very good knife sharpener. It is heavy which indicates good construction to me. It is my first knife sharpener. My Chicago Cutlery knives are now sharp! I am a woman, this is pretty easy to use.
Perfect replacement for 40 year old model
Excellent product, but you must follow the directions to get really sharp knives - take the time to do it right
