Excellent air cleaner
The Air Oasis AO1000 is a very simple, yet effective design for an air cleaner. There is nothing to take apart, nothing to wipe off (except the outside - if it gets dusty), and you only have to replace the internal lamp every 3 years (much less frequently than other competing models out there). It has two modes - silent, and with a fan. The silent setting is just that - it makes no noise whatsoever, and you could easily sit right next to it without hearing anything. The fan setting circulates more air, but you can definitely hear it. It's not deafeningly loud (you can easily talk over it) but I don't recommend using that if you keep it in the same room with a TV. The only concern I had was the smell it made when it was initally turned on - it lets off a slight hot plastic smell. I called the company about it, and they said it would go away in about 1 week. They were right, and it's been fine ever since. Completely satisfied with this product.

Item works great! Would recommend to buy to anyone out there looking for an air purifier. A must buy for a house!
