Emerson SW81 Two-Wire Variable Speed Wall Control with Faceplate

First failed after 1 month. Replace with same.
Replaced with same since it's powering 2 fans.
Manufacture was good to replace. We'll see how long it lasts. We keep the fans running 24/7 at around 75% speed.
